My buddies dropped it and that I kept going but it was just a daily zen garden kind of Animal Crossing Bells thing. Proceed to my island. Checkout what's popped up. At this point I was a few hundred hrs in. Haven't touched it in a while, but I know I can jump back in any time. I completely agree. I gave it a go, but the gameplay is far too slow for the rewards that you get. You get a whole day to do things, but a lot of that is merely collecting materials and nothing happens until a complete 24hrs later. The slow gameplay simply doesn't appeal to me personally. The only real way I can explain it's like the sims using critters. I mean, I could see the allure of world building games for many people but there is just no overarching objective, no ending, no overarching plot. It's simply more of the same with no eventual payoff. I've handled about 40 hours of gaming because Bravely Default 2 was released (all on Bravely Default 2) and although I have sunk 40+ hours into the game, I feel like I am making progress towards something. I can not imagine doing this 5x over and Cheap Animal Crossing Items not getting a payoff.
